it's not so much anger and depression as focused contempt. It's more of a nuke the world than end the pain thing.

Since I can't offer any words of wisdom about how to easily get over this, other than a full on massacre, I'll just offer my love and friendship, an ear if you need one, and the hope that you'll feel less like nuking the world soon.
