so, with further proof that I have gone mad, I have decided to give up caffeine for lent. that's right, I will surrender my 4 cup a day habit until easter. I foresee a great need for painkillers and water.

I quit drinking caffeinated cola about six years ago...it was tough, but worth it. :)
