So, I'm sleeping deeper at night and I'm more awake during the day. It's like there wasn't a distinction between being awake and asleep before.

...is this your reaction from being off caffeine, or from going back on after Easter?

I ask because I'm having exactly the same feeling, but it's from eliminating caffeine from my diet, and if you're getting it from bringing caffeine back, I'm curious as to why they correlate.

does that seem weird to you? it does to me. but you've mentioned before that caffiene helps moderate your ADD, so that might be it (same reason things like Ritalin, which hop most folks up, calm down kids with ADD).

it's a chemical way of regulating energy levels, they are higher in the day, but crash more at night.
