When your last name is de Rothschild(wife of Sir Evelyn de Rothschild) and your business is running an international holding company, you should not be allowed to call someone who pulled themselves up by their bootstraps an elitist

I thought it was that she called him arrogant, and unable to connect with the common people. That's totally different.
