Okay, Ben...I got a question. What does a vegetarian eat when on the Atkins diet? So many others I know that are doing it revel in the ability/encouragement to eat meat and lots of it. How do you make it work?

eggs, cheese, nuts, fake meat, salads, and I eat fish.
