Well, Austenebrous and I found a total dive tonight, the quirkiest dive I've ever been to. I think it's my official drinking establishment. I think it's called fiddler's green, but I couldn't really tell. It's on Walnut just north of 2nd. It's my new Gallery.

I've seen it and wondered about it (in that "that should be some kind of in-game location" way). It's right near Costume Delights, and across from Chocolate Moose, right? Truth to tell, it never looked open to me.

IIRC, it only opened relatively recently (like, this summer?), after a long period of being closed for renovations.

it really should be an in-game location. As Austenebrous said, it looks like the owner robbed a furniture store. It's a quirky place, it's got wierd issues, but I like it anyway.

I had lunch there and wasn't terribly impressed, but have considered going there again to hear the trad they supposedly have some nights.

the point is that it's quirky, not good. it shouldn't impress you, it should confuse you.

I visited the Fiddler's Green during my search for an authentic "church warden" clay pipe for Tam last fall.

Have ment to go back...looked interesting...in a divey sort of way
