(For those unfamiliar with it, basic premise is that you've all invented time machines, and want to patent them -- but of course, since they're time machines, the only way to ensure that nobody patents theirs earlier than you do is to go back in time to the day the U.S. Patent Office opened, and secure the very first one issued. So you're all racing through time to do that.)
