is the term postmaster general in opposition to postmaster specific or postmaster lieutenant?
Same question for surgeon general?

star trek: voyager

y'know, I feel a bit ashamed of this sentiment in a geek way, but I really miss watching Voyager. every night, I used to watch it back in my old apartment. It was never perfect or anything, but I really did like the show. It was the first star trek that I really connected with on a regular basis. I mean, don't get me wrong. I think DS9 was the best of the treks but I never regularly watched it, because it mostly got good while I was in college and watching next to no TV.

Addendum: I think I figured it out. Harry Kim. I like the fact that there was someone who was kind of awkward and imperfect. The crew was human and had human frailties like Kim's total lack of suaveness.
