Summer LARP!

So, I have hinted and such at a summer project that I am working on. I wanted to wait until things were prepared before I announced it. But they are pretty much written, needing only typing up, so I am prepared, without further ado, to announce.
SPACE PIRATES!:
Amani Haiji Ila Kwa Ncha ya Upanga
This will be a convention style(1) LARP/tabletop(2) game run in 3-5 sessions(3). It will also serve as a playtest for the system that will be used for the House of Fools Mage: the Ascension LARP.
There is limited capacity for this LARP, only 19 seats total available. There will be space for alternates, but there are no guarantees that they will be able to play.
In order to accomodate the fact that there may be more interest than there are available characters, I will be using the following weighted criteria to determine who will be cast.
1. Willingness to Commit to attend all sessions(4)
2. Individuals who have made characters(or spoken to me about doing so) for the House of Fools game(5)
3. Speed of contact.(6)
Tentative dates for the LARP sessions
July 2nd
August 6th
September 3rd
(1) As in, I have written the characters and it has a limited span
(2) there are going to be several tabletop interludes for different parts of the game
(3) Some characters will be involved only in the three tabletop sessions, most characters will be involved in 2 tabletop interlude sessions.
(4) This is the most important criteria, nobody who cannot commit to attending all sessions(barring emergency) will be cast. This is a limited run game and missing characters leave distinct holes in the game in ways that can make the game unworkable. There are no throwaway characters.
(5) This is partially a playtest, so those who are already involved in the House of Fools game will get a chance to learn the system.
(6) As in, who gets back to me first. Those who have not contacted me by June 6th by the latest, will not be cast.
