I find myself sleepless after a fun night. I am tired, but my mind keeps wandering.

To use an extesive metaphor, reading Judith Butler is like defragging my brain. It takes up a lot of my processing power, it makes it so I can't really do the multi-tasking thing and it requires a lot of patience. However, like a defrag, it leaves me better able to process things in general once it's done.
Between Bodies that Matter and the first conversation I've had in a while that shut out the whole rest of the world, these few days are looking like they're going to shift my perspective.
