It's been an oddly busy recent past. I've thrown away vast amounts of stuff, some of which I'd saved for over a decade, mainly because I am sick of the past. I've started role-playing online, mainly because I am sick of being alone at home. And I have started writing another play, mainly because that's how I deal with post-relationship issues, of which there are a plethora. But I am not unhappy.

There's something to be said for the feng-shui-ness of throwing away things that are old. I may be a mass consumerist, but also believe (quite strongly, actually) that our possessions define our memories and recollection. You are what you own sometimes.

And I prefer to throw everything away.
