Diet.

Alright, so I have been on Atkins for 4 1/2 months now, and have lost significant amounts of weight. I now fit easily in pants with a 34 waist, something I haven't been able to do since high school. And we're coming to at least a pause in this diet. Next Thursday, I will begin a two day(48 hour) water, vitamin, and unsweetened juice fast. Then Saturday, I will start eating right. We will see how things go on my vacation, and I will either start up again when I get back, or I will continue just doing the healthy eating thing.

not quite, but I won't be on the "um, I can't eat anything anywhere" diet anymore.
