Update(warning, geekiness)

drydemI can't actually keep up with my media consumption, it suffices to say that I have recently watched most of season 1 alias and all of season 1 sandbaggers as well as enough of the American Dr. Who to know how bad it is rather than simply assuming, as I had before.
Kate comes into town on Thursday night and leaves Sunday during the day, so I will be late for game Sunday and finding me during that period will be somewhat difficult. But things are good there and her visit has had me happy for a while now.
GenCon was fun, though I had to weather it totally broke. Fortunately, I have friends who were willing to lend me money so that I could eat, so I didn't end up a dessicated, non-caffeinated husk on the dealer room floor. I did a little gaming and bought the WORLD'S LARGEST DUNGEON, 841 pages(8 pt. type), 16 16"X22" maps and every monster in the SRD(Standard Resource Document, the thing that all OGL[Open Game License] products use for standard monsters). I dressed up as a pulp era anti-hero flying ace and some people took my picture. It was fun. One of the demo-people in the WOTC crawl hit on me. I am always left without good response when people hit on me. It's never anything I can respond properly to.
I had a dream last night that made no sense while I was dreaming it. That is a rare occurence, as I usually don't consider my dreams confusing until afterwards. Confusing dreams do not lead to good rest, overall.
My student loan money should hopefully be in my hands in the next day or so, so if you've lent me money, expect it back soon. I would like to thank all those who've helped me through this financially horrible summer. I love you guys.
So, Sunday, after the Changeling game, for the full moon, I am going to go stalk the woods for a while. It's something I haven't done for a while now, and I enjoy it a lot. I need a good knife though. One day, I will kill the king stag and become him.
