the approaching end

So, I have registered for my last semester of classes. I have an exam plan(beginning of fall for Folklore, Beginning of spring for American Studies). I have a dissertation plan and should be able to put together a proposal by the end of next spring. My time in this program and this town is looking much more limited. By this time next year, I intend to be looking towards writing my dissertation and gaining employment.
The bottle of scotch is looking more and more likely.
