FUCK. Stupid FUCKING course limits. I have 1 course I still need to take in folklore and it's fucking full. And it's not offered again for 2 years. I need into this class, no two ways. The fucking frustrating thing about this is that I haven't registered because folklore requires that you meet with your advisory committee before you register. Fuck, fuck, fuck. I better be able to get into this classs, because I need this course. Offering it once every two years and only letting 15 students in is really fucking stupid.

What course is it, and who's teaching it? I'd suggest emailing the prof right away and explaining the situation; s/he might let you in. If not, go talk to Ruth Stone about it.

I think that if you go, the prof will probably just sign the slip to let you add it manually.

If you can't get in, I'm told that it's possible to do such requirements as independent studies. You'd need to talk to Susan / Prof. Schrempp, but I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard to set up.
