I ask that you in plain English let me know how you are doing? On a scale of 1 to 10, are you happy? Are you healthy? Are you sane?

I ask because I want to know how my friends are doing. I care for you all, and LJ is my way of keeping tabs on my friends and what is going on in their life. But right now I don't feel like I know what is going on.

So...what's up?

thanks for asking... probably not. i seem to have lost my center a bit, probably from lack of sitting of any sort. can't roll with the punches of life lately, and have been reacquainting myself with almost every problem i thought i'd worked through in undergrad. that is, other than sexual/relationship violence issues, much of my crap has resurfaced: tendencies towards crappy self-care, crappy boundaries, inability to know my limits, walking the line of self-injury (i haven't crossed it yet, though) and so on. i do have good support networks, but am not availing myself of them before i head into full-on crises, especially since some key folks are having their own, and in my estimation, bigger crises.

i need to recalibrate somehow, i think. probably could use a retreat of some sort. and for the semester to be bloody over.

if you could send healing/supportive vibes, that would be wonderful.
