I had a horrible dream. It's left me shaken and despairing. in it, all my friends turned upon me verbally, in a calm and collected manner and just took me apart. It hurt a lot and now I feel vulnerable and sad.

Gah! I'm not sure what to say to banish the effects of a dream like that except: ain't ever gonna happen. Not from this particular corner, anyway.

I'd recommend large doses of sunshine as part of a cure, except the weather doesn't seem to be cooperating and I'm not sure if you're one of those types who's convinced you'll burst into flames if you leave the shade. But sunshine always works for me.

Well if it helps anything I had a dream this morning where you were playing Baron Aeowan (sp?)/ yourself as a high lord of a massive Neushwanstein-style castle. you were very very cool... (grin)
